Ordering with Sapphire Secrets couldn't be simpler!

Our easy-to-navigate webpages are layed out for you to easily understand, with product images, descriptions and the 'shopping basket' option all on one page!

Once you have browsed through our products, and decided which ones tickle your fancy, you can click on the 'basket' icon which will automatically add that item to your shopping cart. Each item you chose to purchase will be added to your basket and the total cost will be calculated automatically.

Once you have finished shopping, select the 'basket' icon at the top of your page and this will then take you to our secure checkout. Once there you will have the choice of either paying by credit or debit card, or through paypal.

All our online transactions are done safely and securely and your personal details will be kept private at all times and will not be shared with any other companies.

Availability.

Our website clearly states whether a product is in stock or not. If the item is currently out of stock then you will not be able to order it. (The item will be shaded out and unclickable) On the rare occasion that an item is stated to be in stock, when indeed it isnt', you will receive an email stating that it is unavailable and a full refund will be given.

Once your order is complete.

Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an email specifying each product ordered, the total cost and the delivery address.
